...Chris draws pretty pretty backgrounds. I wish to take this part of his brain and use it for my own devices.

New comic, and the fact that Seth says that Trish thinks he's her knight in shining armor worries me.

Also, Kel just posted the first extra for people funding the book. It's the script. It doesn't sound that exciting at first, but it turns out that Kel provides amusing descriptions for what's going on.

If you'd like to see them for yourself, this is an excellent time to donate, hint hint.

When I went to my first gynecologist appointment at age 18, it was with a female.  Since she was part of a family practice, she had also recently examined my mom, and when she tried to make girl talk, she told me, "Wow! Deep vaginas must run in the family".

Then, she sang "come out, come out wherever you are" to my cervix.  I'm 26 now, and I have only been to male gynecologists since then.  Whew.

I always figured the male gynecologist paid more attention in school (it's the vagina.. come on..).

About 3 hours ago I wanted to do just that, skip Christmas for once, but my best friend just talked to me, and I do not think she knows the impact she just had on my perspective...

I am going home for Christmas. I'm scared my family will realize I'm addicted to cocaine again.

Even if you don't post this secret Frank, please post a trusted drug help hotline on your site. It's so hard for us to go home at this time, because even if we want to get better, we often just can't do it in time.  We just remember what we used to be like, and how Christmas used to be.

Christmas is the hardest time to be an addict.

As someone who loves an addict, all my family wants for Christmas is for our addict to come home, and let us help. It would be the best Christmas gift ever. We are waiting with open arms for you.

Whenever I am wearing clothing and shopping in the store I got it from, I secretly hope they will give me a discount.

Dear Frank,

Last year I mailed you two postcards, "Next year, I want to get my tree with you" and "I will not wear mistletoe to work," both referring to the same crush.

I was bowled over just now to see that someone had wondered how my first secret turned out.

This year, I will celebrate the holiday with someone wonderful . . . but he's not the guy I wrote those secrets about. Even if I hadn't fallen in love this year, this Christmas would find me fairly indifferent to the person I mentioned in that postcard.

Time work wonders.

-----Email Message-----
But if you left it up to me
Everyday would be
A holiday from real

Oh, it's a picture of perfection
Ah, and the postcards gonna read. . .

I'm anxious to go home. More so than I had expected...

I don't want to disappoint anyone. Especially Mom and Dad.

But this isn't home out here. It never will be.

Have I made another mistake? Taken an adventure that I should've thought about more? I don't even know anymore...

I love teaching. I went to bed and woke up looking forward to it every week. It's what I'm meant to do. Just how long do I have to toil in research and classes until I have my degree to teach lectures? Is being out here worth that unhappiness and anxiety every day when I'm not teaching?

I have to talk to the Mary's and Sarah. They've been here, so they can help me figure things out.

I just don't know right now...

New Sorcery 101 and so far preorders are going okay but this will be a close call so I'm gonna keep encouraging people to spread the word and encourage folks to donate because the book can't come out unless the goal is met.

What have I been up to recently? Hmmm....

We have a new modem. I would have thought that they'd charge us for it. I also wonder if it will fix the problems or not. Hmmm... at least it looks pretty.

I finished "Borderlands". By which I mean that I beat it once and then went through and got all of the achievements. I suppose that's as good a point as any to stop playing it. It was fun, though.

Mark Musashi is fabulous.

I've been watching the live action version of "Fuuma no Kojirou" and I was about to ask Rose if she had heard of it because I thought she might be entertained by all of the boys and their ridiculous hair/wigs... but then everyone started dying again. >_< Also, in the video for the theme song the band dresses in white bunny costumes and throws what appears to be whipped creme at each other. Just saying.

Hmmm... little else worth mentioning. Oh, I bought a ton of robot model kits for super cheap... though the shipping was not super cheap. Meh. But now I must get around to putting them together. Why is it so much fun to start projects of that sort, but then so hard to actually keep at it? I guess it's the need to setup a space that keeps me from diving in....
